Sweet Stout

A sweet stout as an hommage to my friend and co-brewer Mathias. He has a sweet tooth and likes stout. Hence a sweet stout was made. Kinda basic recipe with 5% lactose. Used some left over hops from the freezer and fermented with WLP004 to leave some extra sweetness and get that nice british yeasty flavour.
