I Use Arch Btw
International Pale Lager
A international lager almost.. The intention was to create a easy drinking way to light beer with no body or taste. How ever, I didn't have plain pilsner malt at home so I used Golden Promise instead. And well, the beer turned out great. Easy drinkin' with a nice noble hop aroma and a pleasant bitterness. The plan was to use WLP850 Copenhagen Lager but since the store was out of it I tried WLP802. Really nice yeast, even when fermenting with out temp controll allthough quite stable 10 degrees C in the garage.
