Hoppsan Sherrstyn
Imperial IPA
A crazy thought came in to my head one day, how about making a super strong IPA aged on sherry barrel and tonnes of Nelson Sauvin hops? Gave it some thought and decided to try. The result became a darker malty, yet crushable IPA with a huge wineous flavour. The sherry gave it a complex sweetness.
